At UAEpicks, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns

- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Personal care and hygiene products
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer
